This week we read a article about bedtimes and how they make a difference to how you learn. I chose to do some questions about the article and to state my opinion.
My questions:
- What bedtimes are recommended for 12 year olds?
- How many times do you have to sleep at a certain time for your body to keep it as a regular bedtime?
My opinion:
I think that kids at the age of seven should have a regular bedtime so that when they are older they get used to having a set bedtime. I also think that 7:30 to 8:30 is a good bedtime for kids at the age of seven. I think it is important to get enough sleep for your brain to be able function in the classroom.
