Today we went down to the college for technology for the first time , I was put in cooking . We had to make cheesy toast , first we put the bread in the oven to toast on one side and when that was done we took them out and put the toppings on the non cooked side , I had bacon and cheese on mine , and then we put them back in the oven to toast properly . When they were done we put them on plates and then we made a smoothie to go with the toast . In the smoothie we put frozen berries and frozen Banana in the blender and then we made a separate mix of milk , honey and vanilla essence and then we put that in the blender and then we served them in cups.
This week we went to metal to do our tool boxes , we got given a small sheet of tin and we marked some lines with scriber then we cut the lines with the tin snips , the cutting was sort of hard be cause the tin snips got stuck in the tin sheet . After we cut the tin sheet into the shape it was meant to be we put the tin sheets in this thing that bends the sharp sides over so that we don't cut ourselves then we got to choose what shape we wanted the ends of our tool box to be , the options were to have the ends curved or straight and I chose straight because it was easier and I got one end done and then we had to leave .
