Current events

Over 100 cars have been found in the bottom an old slate mine more than 200 ft underground in North Wales . The mine was closed over half a century ago. Explores made the discovery during a trek through the mine and IT engineer Gregory Rivolet spent more than four hours inspecting the dangerous mine.
The mine is believed to have opened in 1836 until it was abandoned in 1960. It is still unknown as how the cars ended up in the bottom of an old mine .

Four Words

One of our tasks this week was was to come up with four word that we think our teachers and our parents would say about us. The words I choose for me are like me because I asked around and I got these words and I agreed with them.

One of our tasks this week was to come up with a them song that relates to you and I choose count on me by Bruno Mars because it reminds me of how I am there to help my friends and my friends are there to help me.

My Learning Smarts

This week I took a multiple Intelligences test to find out what my strengths are and to also find out how I learn best. I found out That I am more Logical than anything else and I was surprised to find out that I was just as nature smart as I am people smart.

Apple Tower Reflection

On Tuesday in our class we got into our learning teams and we had fifteen minutes to make a tower using only straws and tape and it had to hold and apple on the top of the tower. My team decide to make a pyramid sort of thing and make a platform to put on top. It took a while to get it done and then we tested it with Michael's apple and it worked. Finally everyone put there towers on the table and Miss Williams tested them all and Ours worked . I think my team worked well together and everyone got to say their ideas. If I got do it again I would make a bigger taller one and use up all our straws . It was cool because everyone was involved and everyone had a job and no one was left out .

Holiday highlight

I jumped on the biscuit then gave dad a thumbs up and he accelerated, I started slow and got faster, then dad turned a corner . I started turning further, hitting the edge of the wake and water sprayed my face, then dad straightened up and I went off the wake but luckily I didn't tip. then on another corner dad got me off the wake and as the rope tightened I swung away from the wake and then the biscuit started tilting on its side then quickly it straightened up. I was so close to tipping but it was awesome.
